Living a Fulfilled Life
Life is about more than work. It includes maintaining a balance between your spiritual health, your physical health, and your financial health. There are endless books and articles about all three of these areas of health and wellbeing that we suggest you invest time in, but that is not what The Endless Journey is about. This website is dedicated to living a fulfilled life; one that excites you and exhausts you. It's about the endless journey of learning. Trying things you've never done before, going places you've never been before, meeting people you've never met before, and learning something you didn't know before.
The site's motto comes from Mark Twain;
"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime."
This doesn't mean you have to travel the world to exotic places, but that is fun, it means to leave your bubble and find someplace that's different than where you usually go and meet people you don't usually talk to. Ask questions. Be curious. This can be done in your own town, your state, or even your region. With travel comes learning and with learning comes the opportunity for new experiences.
Our passions are photography, travel, and learning so that will be the main focus of this site. As we find new things that interest us we'll share those on the site. We have one goal, and that's to create a community to learn from. If we can share something that makes your life more fulfilling then we've achieved our goal. If we can learn something from you our life will be more fulfilled.
